Supported accommodation 16 - 18 year olds

Since 2019, we have taken the lead on setting up over 29  supported accommodation / semi - independent living  services.  We advise on the various service options before we take on the task of completing the set up with you.

We offer full set up service with or without Ofsted registration. You will be allocated a very experienced service mentor who will manage your service coaching and ensure you are provided with the operational templates / documents alongside your service training which includes coaching on service delivery under Ofsted standards and regulations. This concludes with a prep session for the Ofsted registration inspection / interview.

Summary:

1. Lead on the completion of the Ofsted registration (SC1 / SC2)
2. Produce all documents for application submission - Business plan & financial projections / SOP / RM/RI relevant experience document / Local area assessment / 
3. Produce policies with appendixes for applicable Ofsted regulation and standards
4. Build service driven website & email out templates for service marketing

5. Inspect proposed accommodation for service compliance

6. Complete Commissioning Alliance  (For services within London & the home counties
7. Support for RM/RI sourcing where needed
8. Options to source JV partnerships

9. Recruitment of frontline staff
10. Access to Solaris reports management for manager training

Start - up members: £3500
Non-members: £4500

Floating support 18 - 25 year olds

We offer the floating support set up service which includes service coaching, production of your operational templates and access to the reports management system. Service marketing sessions is also inclusive of the package including the service website.
