REPORTS MANAGER SERVICE

Available to semi-independent living, CQC, OFSTED regulated  providers

 

 SCA  offers a remote report manager service to unregulated semi-independent living, OFSTED / CQC regulated service providers. A reporting system is only as good as the staff users make it in their regular responsibilities, be it frontline staff or managers. Finding the time to dedicate quality reporting management can be a lengthy task and does require specific skills to ensure staff are completing high-quality and content-relevant reports within the allocated time frame.

 

While members/clients may purchase the Solaris care management system and order the records management service as an addition, you may request the service if you have your own regular reports mechanism. The reports reviewed and reported on are usually weekly /monthly reports, risk assessments/safety plans, personal education plans, and whatever feature you have to measure skills development progression. 

You will receive 2 reports for the 4 weeks in each month. The reports will show the list of overdue weekly / monthly and comment on the quality of content drawing attention to the members of staff who may need further support or coaching to improve the content or completion time for the service user weekly /monthly reports. We also review the quality of the daily logs and comment on the recommended quality /relevance of content. We will chase up overdue reports from your staff.  Subscribers to this service will have a bespoke training workshop for frontline staff /managers every 12 months.

We operate this service under the strict rules of data confidentiality and GDPR by requesting abbreviated names alongside other legislative privacy protocols. The price for this service depends on the type of membership you have in place. See member's benefits list
