We launched in 2019 as a consultancy mainly providing semi independent living and adult care provider set ups.  The service then evolved into full consultancy specializing in  supported accommodation / children's home set ups, and Ofsted registration thanks to our tight relationship with SCCN (The Social Care Consultant Network) Access to ex Ofsted inspectors and other professionals enabled us a strong reputation for set ups as well as training and development.

The SCA membership started with 5 paying provider companies to 128 at present , they are adult care, supported accommodation, children's homes and family assessment centre providers predominantly operating in the London and home county areas

From 2023 - We started investing in Children's residential homes and assessment centres ourselves and soon developed our practice as expert partnership brokers bringing joint ventures to life. In 2024, we started the children's home shared ownership scheme initially to help providers struggling to survive in the saturated supported accommodation service to create a consistent source of income in a service where demand exceeds supply. We aim to be instrumental to the creation of high quality childrens homes that are not just great commercial opportunities but homes that provide quality care and living to vulnerable children as a major objective.
