Solaris Careware Management System
This system was designed by Inspira Care Ltd and developed by Taremtec Ltd to enable providers to create and manage service user reports. The system is designed primarily for semi-independent living (16 -18) and floating support) (18 -25) providers. Solaris Careware is a secure cloud-based care management system that adheres to data management legislation and the recent GDPR protocols. It is designed to enable the progressive scoring and measurement of personal skills progression similar to the 5-star outcomes principle
Staff are able to add live data to the reporting templates such as daily logs, incident reports, electronic appointment reminder, missing person logs, amongst other functions. The system operates as a multi-user platform that is accessible to subscribers as well as multi-agencies and the commissioning care authority staff.
Solaris Careware 1.0 has many features and functions that are designed to make the administrative aspect of service user support for young people quick and efficient. The system goes beyond the creation of service user reports as it also influences the process of service delivery, offering a transparent and measurable personal skills development for active placements. The reporting mechanism offers staff and management a greater understanding of effective working practices, progressive care, and accountability.
Platinum – Free setup and free usage for up to 18 service users.
Gold – Free set up and £150 per month for up to 10 service users.
Silver – Set up: £200 and £20 per service user per month for up to 12 service users
Bronze – Set up: £500 and £25 per service user per month
Non-Members – Set up: £1500 and £32 per service user per month
This service is only available to providers with at least one active placement.
